What is the standard shipping timeframe for framesets and wheelsets?
In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. Once dispatched, international delivery usually takes 7-14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
Do Winspace products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Winspace frames and wheels are covered by a limited 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. We also offer a crash replacement program for original owners.
Are your carbon wheels UCI approved?
Many of our Hyper and Lun series wheelsets are UCI approved for use in sanctioned professional races. Please check the specific product page for the UCI logo and certification details.
What is your return policy for international orders?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Do I have to pay import duties and taxes?
